At The Pet Ranch, we do not offer online bookings. We believe that providing the best possible care starts with getting to know your pet before they arrive. We prefer to speak personally with every owner so we can learn about your pet’s individual personality, temperament, routine and specific care requirements.
This gives you the opportunity to tell us everything we need to know, including dietary needs, medications, health considerations, behavioural requirements and any special routines that help your pet feel comfortable and settled. By taking the time to have this conversation, our experienced team can ensure we are fully prepared for your pet’s stay and can provide the individual care and attention they deserve.
For new dogs, or dogs with specific behavioural or care requirements, we may also recommend a pre-boarding assessment before accepting a future booking. At The Pet Ranch, your pet is never just a booking number. Every pet is an individual, and we want to get to know them so we can provide the best possible care during their stay.
