Whether you have a busy day, work commitments or simply want your dog to enjoy a day out, our day care service provides peace of mind knowing they are in experienced and caring hands.
Pre-Boarding Assessments
For dogs who are new to The Pet Ranch, or those who may have individual behavioural or care requirements, we offer assessments prior to future boarding stays. These assessments allow our experienced team to get to know your dog, understand their personality and individual needs, and determine how we can best make their future stay safe and comfortable.
Individual Care
As a boutique boarding facility, we pride ourselves on providing personalised attention. Every pet is treated as an individual, allowing our team to tailor their care according to their personality, age, routine and individual requirements.
Senior Dog Care
We understand that our senior guests may require a little extra care, patience and attention during their stay. Our experienced team can accommodate the individual needs of older dogs, including adjusted exercise, additional rest and individual care routines to help keep them as comfortable and settled as possible.
Rehabilitation Care
For pets who are recovering from injury or surgery, or who require additional support during their recovery, The Pet Ranch can provide individual rehabilitation care in accordance with instructions provided by the pet’s owner and treating veterinary professional. Our team can assist with maintaining specific routines, restricted activity and additional care requirements to help support your pet during their recovery.
Special Dietary Requirements
We understand that some pets have specific dietary requirements. Owners are welcome to provide their pet’s own food and clear feeding instructions, allowing our team to maintain their usual diet and feeding routine throughout their stay.
Medication Administration
For pets requiring regular medication, our experienced team can administer owner-supplied medication according to the instructions provided. All medication must be supplied in its original packaging with clear administration instructions. Where required, veterinary instructions may also be requested to ensure your pet receives the appropriate care during their stay.
Exercise & Enrichment
We believe physical exercise and mental enrichment are important parts of a happy and enjoyable stay. Our dogs are provided with opportunities to exercise, explore and enjoy interaction with our experienced team, with activities tailored to suit their individual needs and abilities.
