Please bring your dog’s food, medication (if required), and any comfort items such as a favourite blanket or toy. We recommend labelling all belongings with your dog’s name.
Yes. We can provide meals during your dog’s stay. We feed a dry kibble and sometimes entice with a wet food if required. You are also welcome to supply your dog’s usual food to help maintain their normal diet and to avoid upsetting your pets stomach and causing irritable bowel.
Yes. Dogs must have current vaccinations before boarding. Please provide proof of vaccination when booking or drop off
Yes, owner is to provide clear written instructions and ensure all medication is in its original packaging. Additional fees will apply – See pricing.
Dogs receive regular exercise and supervised activity appropriate to their age, size, temperament, and individual needs
Absolutely. Familiar bedding can help your dog feel more comfortable while they are away from home. A jumper or T shirt worn by the owner a day before boarding
If your dog becomes unwell, we will contact you or your nominated emergency contact. Where necessary, we may arrange veterinary attention.

Yes. We encourage prospective clients to arrange a tour so you can see our facilities and discuss your dog’s / cats individual requirements.
Yes, we do socialise dogs but a waiver must be signed by the owner on drop off – Additional fee applies – see pricing
We do our best to accommodate individual needs, including dietary requirements, medication, senior dogs, and specific routines. Please discuss your dog’s needs with us before booking
We offer both short-term and longer-term boarding, subject to availability.

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly during school holidays, Christmas, Easter, and other busy periods. Public Holidays we are not open to the public for bookings and pick ups / drop offs.
Yes, we offer day assessments to see how your dog or cat will be in our facility for the day. Fee applies for assessments
